Totoro Grove

Totoro is using his magic to grow plants around/on trees.

This is kind of like the Ponyo piece I did, but kind of not. I like this one a lot better. There's a little bit of a hidden word in the tree roots. Little bit of a stretch.

My main inspiration for this piece, besides the movie and merchandise for it, was from pieces for the Pokemon Battle Royale show. There was this one of Gloom that I found especially amazing, which made me want to draw a tree trunk with mushrooms, to start.
