I've been working on this for awhile. I wanted to draw birds and flowers. It took me forever to draw those flowers.
I just wanted to practice and stretch myself from my usual work. I really need to work more on shading and realism. But I think this was a good exercise attempt to start! I can't wait for spring. Thanks ^shebid for the DD! It means a lot and I appreciate everyone for their support. Hoorays for spring! And those purple/pink-ish flowers by the lady bug... they look really, really good. I like your mixture of simplicity and detail throughout the image.
